Change Ticket View on SkyTab KDS

Change your ticket view on the SkyTab KDS (Kitchen Display System) to a Column, Tile, or List View. You can change the ticket view in the settings for each KDS individually.

• Column View
• Tile View
• List View

Column View

1. Tap on the gear icon near the bottom left of the screen to open the Settings screen.
   
    
2. Under Layout > Ticket View, mark the radio button for Column.
   
    
3. Tap Done.
   The example shown here is the Column view. In this mode, each ticket has a fixed height, and new tickets always start in a new column.

Tile View

SkyTab KDS also supports a Tile view. This view shortens and wraps tickets to make the best use of the available space. This means that the beginning of a ticket may not always be at the top of a column but may start anywhere down the length of a column. This effectively reduces the number of pages you need to scroll through.

1. Tap on the gear icon near the bottom left of the screen to open the Settings screen.
   
2. Under Layout > Ticket View, mark the radio button for Tile.
3. Tap Done.

The example shown here is the Tile view. 

List View

1. Tap on the gear icon near the bottom left of the screen to open the Settings screen.
   
2. Under Layout > Ticket View, mark the radio button for List.
   
    
3. Tap Done.
