Access Workforce Management

Note: To complete this task, you will need Lighthouse Business Manager (LBM) credentials, you must be assigned as a manager in the department you are editing, and you must have the Manage Schedules permission in Workforce Management.

Begin by logging in to Lighthouse, then navigating to Workforce > Scheduler.

Access Business Menu

Select the business name to open the business menu and select Departments from the list.

Select Shift Swaps/Drops

On the Settings menu on the left, select Shift Swaps/Drops.

Set Cut Off Threshold

Select the Cut Off Threshold dropdown and select a value from the dropdown.

Note: The Cut Off Threshold prevents employees from dropping or swapping shifts if the shift is due to start within the threshold. For example, if a shift starts at 11 a.m. and the cut-off is set to 2 Hrs, the employee cannot drop or swap the shift after 9 a.m.

Save Your Changes

When you are finished, click on the Save button to save your changes.
