Workforce will be priced at $35 per month. Billing will automatically commence upon conclusion of the 2-month free trial unless you choose to cancel your subscription.
Will the existing scheduler in Shift4 Dine Customer Hub be deprecated?

How is Workforce Management accessed?
Workforce Management is accessed from the Customer Hub by selecting the Workforce Management link within the admin menu. Five options will be presented to you:
- Employees
- Jobs
- Labor Settings
- Scheduler
- Timecards
Employees, Jobs and Labor Settings are existing functionality and keep the user within the Customer Hub. Scheduler and Timecards will open up the new Workforce application.
Alternatively, Workforce can also be accessed via the standalone mobile app for Android and iOS devices.
What data is synced with Workforce Management?
Timecards from the Workstation are synced to Workforce Management on a regular basis (approx. every 15 minutes). Employee and job data are also available.
What happens to existing shifts in the Customer Hub Scheduler?
Once Workforce Management is activated, you will not have access to the old Customer Hub Scheduler. Existing shifts/schedules created via the Customer Hub Scheduler are not imported into Workforce.
If the Workforce subscription/trial is canceled, the Customer Hub Scheduler will be made available again.
Can employees access Workforce Management?
Yes. Both managers and employees can use Workforce. Note that employees (users without manager permissions) can only access Workforce via mobile apps for Android and iOS devices.

Workforce only reports on cash and credit tips; it does not feature tip pooling/sharing functionality at this time.
What does “unassociated tips” mean in Workforce Management?
An Unassociated Tip is a tip not associated with an employee's shift/timecard, meaning the tip was collected by the employee outside their scheduled shift hours.
Why are some of the Customer Hub Reports now missing after activating Workforce Management?
Upon activating Workforce in the Customer Hub, certain reports become hidden from the Reports section. This change affects the following reports:
- Labor by Employee Weekly
- Employee Labor Detail
- Payroll by Employee
- Payroll By Employee By Job
- Sales & Labor Summary (Hourly)
- Sales & Labor By Day By Job
- Payroll Export
The reason these reports are removed when activating Workforce is to avoid duplication of reports included in the Workforce application, ensuring clarity and streamlined reporting for users.
