Sync Employees and Jobs into SkyTab Workforce

Description: Sync your employees and jobs into SkyTab Workforce and all other Lighthouse Business Manager information with the steps below. 

Note: The system automatically syncs information from Lighthouse Business Manager every 10-15 minutes. This manual sync is for more urgent syncs required between those time periods.

Note: Employee details (name, phone number, email, etc.) are managed in Lighthouse Business Manager and must be edited within LBM to have it updated in Workforce.

Once you have finished editing your information in Lighthouse Business Manager, open SkyTab Workforce by clicking on Workforce > Scheduler or Timecards. 

Click the Sync button on the top right of the navigation bar at the top of the screen. 

The sync will take a few seconds, after which all your information will be updated within SkyTab Workforce.
