Description: Learn how to sync your employees and jobs into Workforce Management and all other Shift4 Dine Customer Hub information.
Note: The system automatically syncs information from the Customer Hub every 10-15 minutes. This manual sync is for more urgent syncs required between those time periods.
Note: Employee details (name, phone number, email, etc.) are managed in the Customer Hub and must be edited within the Customer Hub to have them updated in Workforce Management.
Once you have finished editing your information in the Customer Hub, open Workforce Management by selecting Workforce Management > Scheduler or Timecards.
Select the Sync button on the top right of the navigation bar at the top of the screen.
The sync will take a few seconds, after which all your information will be updated within Workforce Management.
