Description: Learn how to add a new loyalty program on Lighthouse Business Manager (LBM) for SkyTab POS.
You will need Lighthouse credentials to complete this process. Only the person creating the Loyalty Program may edit it at a later date.
- If you have multiple locations, programs can be made for each location or can be part of a single program.
- Programs can be deactivated at any time, and the program will be removed from the POS.
To add a loyalty program:
- Log in to Lighthouse and navigate to SkyTab Settings > Loyalty.
- From the Loyalty dropdown, select Programs.
- Click on the Add Loyalty Program button.
- On the New Loyalty Program page, enter information for the following fields:
- Loyalty Program Name: A custom name given to the program that will be visible to customers. Example: Oscar’s Pizza Program
- Loyalty Point Name: A custom name given to the points that will be visible to customers
- Then Select the + Manage Locations link to add your location.
- If your Lighthouse account is tied to more than one location, select the location or locations for your program.
- After setting the location information, press Save to return to the New Loyalty Program screen.
A location may only have ONE active Loyalty Program associated with it.
