Edit an Existing Loyalty Member on Lighthouse Business Manager for SkyTab POS

Description: Learn how to edit existing loyalty member information on Lighthouse Business Manager (LBM) for SkyTab POS.

1. Log in to LBM and select SkyTab Settings > Loyalty from the left navigation menu.
   
2. Under Loyalty, select Members.
   
   
3. From the Members tab, select the member from the list you wish to edit. When you select the member, the Edit Loyalty Member window opens.
   
   
4. On this page, you can adjust the member's name or contact information or adjust their points.
5. Click Save to keep changes.
