Add a Loyalty Discount on Lighthouse Business Manager for SkyTab POS

Description: Learn how to add a new loyalty discount on Lighthouse Business Manager (LBM) for SkyTab POS.

You will need Lighthouse credentials to complete this process.

• Each discount can only be assigned to one program. 
• Each discount must have a unique name. 
• These discounts function outside of normal discounts and don't show in the normal discount section of Lighthouse or the POS. 

1. Log in to LBM and select SkyTab Settings >Loyalty from the left navigation menu.
   
2. From the Loyalty dropdown, select Discounts.
   
   
3. From the Discounts tab, click on the Add Loyalty Discount button.
   
   
4. On the New Loyalty Discount page, you need to enter information for the following fields:
   
   
   • Name: A custom name given to the program that will be visible to customers. Example: Frequent Foodie
   • Discount Type: An amount off or a percentage off. Select one of the options from the dropdown, then add the value of the discount in the provided field.
   • Points: The number of points the loyalty member must have to be eligible for the discount.
   • Loyalty Program: The program the discount is assigned to. Use the dropdown to select an active program.
5. Click Save to save your Loyalty Discount.

While a location can only have one Loyalty Program, it can have multiple discounts.

Loyalty Discount Example

The merchant needs to set a loyalty discount/reward, so the customer will get a free coffee for 50 loyalty points. To set a discount/reward, proceed with the following steps:

1. Navigate to the LBM > SkyTab Settings > Loyalty > Discounts and select the blue Add Loyalty Discount button.
2. Enter the Loyalty Discount Name, for example “Coffee Reward.”
3. Set Discount Type as a Percentage and 100 (100% off).
4. Set Points to 50.
5. Assign your loyalty discount/reward to the Loyalty Program.
