Description: Learn about an update to the estimated daily deposit in Lighthouse Business Manager (LBM). The estimated daily deposit now accounts for tip adjustments that occur at a different time from when the ticket is marked complete. Also, if you aren't on the Advantage Program, you can now see the estimated daily deposit on the report.
Important: There is a potential for Titan End of Day not to match POS Start of Day times, which will skew the estimated deposit totals towards the reported numbers in SkyTab and not the actual batched total if these times are not set the same. Any merchant reporting consistent discrepancies around this should have these settings checked and adjusted to match. Unmatched Titan and POS EOD times are considered a misconfiguration and not a bug.
Note: Estimated Deposits can only be shown on the Activity Summary and Financial Overview reports when run for a single business day for a single location. Any report run for less than or more than a single business day or more than one location will produce these errors.
What has Changed?

The calculation for the estimated daily deposit is based on when the ticket payment is settled, not when the ticket is completed.
- Additional lines have been added for:
- Payments that were authorized during the business day of the report but settled after the business day of the report.
- Payments that were authorized before the business day of the report but settled during the business day of the report.
- Payments that were authorized during the business day of the report but not marked as Finalized on the POS (Payments Pending Finalization).
- Updated the Estimated Daily Deposit section to display even if you do not have Advantage enabled.
