Software Availability and Requirements
In order to integrate with 7shifts, be sure your POS system and software match the minimum requirements.

Note: For POSitouch, Future POS, or Restaurant Manager merchants, all communication and data syncs need to be in place between your POS system and Lighthouse Business Manager. For assistance, please contact the Shift4 Support team.
Creating a 7shifts Account
Before you can install the 7shifts application in Marketplace, you must create a 7shifts account.
- Log in to Lighthouse Business Manager and select Marketplace in the left navigation sidebar. Choose 7shifts, then select Homepage under the “Partner Links” section to inquire about becoming a 7shifts customer. Alternatively, you can go here.
- Enter your email and create your 7shifts account.
- Once your account has been created, follow the steps in the next section to install 7shifts.
Installing the 7shifts Marketplace Application
- Log in to Lighthouse Business Manager.
- Select Marketplace from the left navigation bar, then select 7shifts. Select View Details to access the 7shifts application page.
- Select Install.
Note: If the application prompts you to “Request POS Upgrade” you must select that and follow the prompts to arrange for a software update before you can continue with the installation.
- Select Allow.
- Log in to your 7shifts account to complete the installation.
- Once the process is complete, you will see a green checkmark, indicating a successful installation. You will also see 7shifts listed in the left navigation sidebar. Once installed, you also have the ability to manage your account and can uninstall the application at any time.
