Software Availability and Requirements
In order to integrate with BarVision, be sure your POS system and software match the minimum requirements.

Note: Harbortouch Hospitality, POSitouch, Future POS, and Restaurant Manager POS systems use a software program to manage all communication and data syncs between your POS system and Lighthouse Business Manager. For assistance or more information, please contact the Shift4 Support team.
Creating a BarVision Account
Before you can install the BarVision application in Marketplace, you must create a BarVision account.
- Log in to Lighthouse Business Manager and select Marketplace in the left navigation sidebar. Choose BarVision, then select Homepage under the “Partner Links” section to inquire about becoming a BarVision customer. Alternatively, you can go here.
- Once you are successfully signed up as a customer, follow the steps in the next section to install BarVision.
Installing the BarVision Marketplace Application
- Log in to Lighthouse Business Manager.
- Select Marketplace from the left navigation bar, then select BarVision. Select View Details to access the BarVision application page.
- Select Install.
Note: If the application prompts you to “Request POS Upgrade” you must select that and follow the prompts to arrange for a software update before you can continue with the installation.) - On the next screen, enter your contact details, click My restaurant has a BarVision account, and select Submit.
- You will be redirected to the next screen, which will display the current integration status. To begin, the status will show as a hazard symbol in an orange circle. This is normal until BarVision completes the setup.
You will also now see BarVision listed in the left navigation sidebar, with a clock symbol, indicating that setup is pending completion.
- Once BarVision completes its setup, the application status will change to a green checkmark, and the clock symbol on the left side of the screen will have been removed.
At this point, the installation is complete and the interface is now active.
