Software Availability and Requirements
In order to integrate with Craftable, be sure your POS system and software match the minimum requirements.

Note: Harbortouch Hospitality, POSitouch, Future POS and Restaurant Manager POS systems use a software program to manage all communication and data syncs between your POS system and Lighthouse Business Manager. For assistance or more information, please contact the Shift4 Support team.
Creating a Craftable Account
Before you can install the Craftable application in Marketplace, you must create a Craftable account.
- Log in to Lighthouse Business Manager and select Marketplace in the left navigation sidebar. Choose Craftable, then select Homepage under the “Partner Links” section to inquire about becoming a Craftable customer. Alternatively, you can go here.
- Click Create an Account and follow the steps to create a Craftable account.
- Once you have created your account, follow the steps in the next section to install Craftable.
Installing the Craftable Marketplace Application
- Log in to Lighthouse Business Manager.
- Select Marketplace from the left navigation bar, then select Craftable. Select View Details to access the Craftable application page.
- Select Install.
Note: If the application prompts you to “Request POS Upgrade” you must select that and follow the prompts to arrange for a software update before you can continue with the installation. - You will now be redirected to the Craftable website. Once there, log in to your Craftable account.
- Once you have logged in and connected your account, return to Lighthouse Business Manager.
Note: You will notice the application page shows a yield sign in an orange circle and a clock symbol next to Craftable on the left navigation sidebar. This indicates the installation is still pending.
- To complete the installation, return to the application page and select Continue Setup.
- Once the process is complete, you will see a green checkmark, indicating a successful installation. The clock symbol in the left navigation sidebar will also have been removed.
Once installed, you also have the ability to manage your account or uninstall the application at any time.
