Software Availability and Requirements
In order to integrate with MarketMan, be sure your POS system and software match the minimum requirements.

Note: Harbortouch Hospitality, POSitouch, Future POS, and Restaurant Manager POS systems use a software program to manage all communication and data syncs between your POS system and Lighthouse Business Manager. For assistance or more information, please contact the Shift4 Support team.
Creating a MarketMan Account
- Log in to Lighthouse Business Manager.
- Select Marketplace from the left navigation bar, then select the MarketMan application. Select Homepage under the “Partner Links” section to inquire about becoming a MarketMan customer. Alternatively, you can go here.
- Select Login, then Not registered? Sign up here and follow the steps to create a MarketMan account.
- Once you have created your account, follow the steps in the next section to install the MarketMan application within Shift4 Marketplace.
Installing the MarketMan Marketplace Application
- Log in to Lighthouse Business Manager.
- Select Marketplace from the left navigation bar, then select MarketMan. Select View details to access the MarketMan application page.
- Select Install.
Note: If the application prompts you to “Request POS Upgrade” you must select that and follow the prompts to arrange for a software update before you can continue with the installation.)
- Next, you will be prompted to enter your Contact Details. The Restaurant Details section will automatically populate information from your Lighthouse account.
- If you already have a MarketMan account, check the box for My restaurant has a MarketMan business account. This will prompt the MarketMan team to find your existing account and activate your Marketplace application
- If you do not have a MarketMan account, leave this option blank and a MarketMan representative will contact you to assist you with an account setup.
- When ready select Submit.
Note: The application page will show a yield sign in an orange circle and a clock symbol next to MarketMan on the left navigation sidebar. This indicates that the installation is still pending.
- If you already have an account, MarketMan will link it to the Marketplace application.
- However, if you didn’t have an account, you will be contacted by MarketMan to go through an onboarding process before the accounts are linked.
- Once MarketMan has linked your account, you will see a green checkmark, indicating a successful installation. The clock symbol in the left navigation sidebar will also have been removed.
- Once installed, you also have the ability to manage your account or uninstall the application at any time.
Note: The Manage button within the MarketMan application in Marketplace will now take you to the MarketMan login screen.
