Orca Inventory & Ordering Marketplace Installation Guide

Software Availability and Requirements

In order to integrate with Orca Inventory, be sure your POS system and software match the minimum requirements.

Note: Harbortouch Hospitality, POSitouch, Future POS and Restaurant Manager POS systems use a software program to manage all communication and data syncs between your POS system and Lighthouse Business Manager. For assistance or more information, please contact the Shift4 Support team.

Installing the Orca Marketplace Application

1. Log in to Lighthouse Business Manager.
2. Select Marketplace from the left navigation bar, then select Orca. Select View details to access the Orca application page. 
   
3. Select Install.
   Note: If the application prompts you to “Request POS Upgrade” you must select that and follow the prompts to arrange for a software update before you can continue with the installation
4. Enter your restaurant’s details, then select Submit. 
   
   
5. If you do not have an Orca account already, an Orca representative will follow up with account setup details.  
6. Once setup is complete, you will see a green checkmark on the application page, indicating a successful installation. You will also see Orca listed in the left navigation sidebar. Following completion, you also have the ability to manage your account, and can uninstall the application at any time.
