Description: Please follow the steps below to install the Shogo Marketplace integration.

Software Availability and Requirements
In order to integrate with Shogo, be sure your POS system and software match the minimum requirements.

Note: Harbortouch Hospitality, POSitouch, Future POS and Restaurant Manager POS systems use a software program to manage all communication and data syncs between your POS system and Lighthouse Business Manager. For assistance or more information, please contact the Shift4 Support team.
Installing the Shogo Marketplace Application
- Log in to Lighthouse Business Manager.
- Select Marketplace from the left navigation bar, then select Shogo. Select View details to access the Shogo application page.
- Select Install.
Note: If the application prompts you to “Request POS Upgrade” you must select that and follow the prompts to arrange for a software update before you can continue with the installation.
- On the next screen, select Allow to continue the installation.
- At this point, you will be prompted to log in to your Shogo customer account.
- If you already have an account, simply log in.
- If you do not have a customer account, you will need to create an account. Complete the form on the screen, then select Sign Up. At this point, you will be able to continue with the installation.
- At this point, the installation process should be complete. To confirm this, you will see a green checkmark on the Shogo application page. You will also see Shogo listed in the left navigation sidebar.
Once installed, you also have the ability to manage your account and can uninstall the application at any time.
