Description: Please follow the steps below to install the Waitbusters Marketplace integration.

Software Availability and Requirements
In order to integrate with Waitbusters, be sure your POS system and software match the minimum requirements

Note: Harbortouch Hospitality, POSitouch, Future POS, and Restaurant Manager POS systems use a software program to manage all communication and data syncs between your POS system and Lighthouse Business Manager. For assistance or more information, please contact the Shift4 Support team.
Setting up Fisherman Through Marketplace
- Log in to Lighthouse Business Manager and select Marketplace in the left navigation sidebar. Select Waitbusters, then select Homepage under the “Partner Links” section to inquire about becoming a Waitbusters customer. Alternatively, you can go here.
- On the Waitbusters website, scroll to the bottom of the screen to schedule a demo. Choose a date and time to speak with the Waitbusters team and someone will assist you with your account setup.
- Once you have created your account, follow the steps in the next section to install Waitbusters.
Installing the Waitbusters Marketplace Application
- Log in to Lighthouse Business Manager.
- Select Marketplace from the left navigation bar, then select Waitbusters. Select View details to access the Waitbusters application page.

Select Install.
Note: If the application prompts you to “Request POS Upgrade” you must select that and follow the prompts to arrange for a software update before you can continue with the installation. -
You will be prompted to enter your Contact Details. The Restaurant details will automatically populate from your Lighthouse account.
- If you already have a Waitbusters account, be sure to check the box for My restaurant has a Waitbusters business account.
- If you do not have a Waitbusters account, leave this option blank and a Waitbusters representative will contact you to assist you with an account setup.

Select Submit.
Note: At this point, you will notice the application page shows a yield sign in an orange circle and a clock symbol next to Waitbusters on the left navigation sidebar. This indicates the installation is still pending.

If you already have a Waitbusters account, the Waitbusters team will link your Marketplace application.
- If you do not have an account, Waitbusters will contact you to complete an onboarding process before the accounts are linked.

Once the process is complete, you will see a green checkmark indicating a successful installation. The clock symbol in the left navigation sidebar will also be removed.
Once installed, you have the ability to manage your account and can uninstall the application at any time.
Note: The Manage button within the Waitbusters application in Marketplace will now take you to the Waitbusters login screen. - Now that you have an online ordering application installed, you can select the Menu Manager within Marketplace on the left-side navigation bar.
The Menu Manager is where you will be able to create and publish your online menu, which includes adding menu items and setting appropriate business hours. You can go here for additional instructions on setting up your Menu Manager. - The final step is to ensure that you are set up to process payments. An authorization token needs to be generated and provided to Waitbusters. To achieve this, contact Shift4 Support at 888.276.2108 and request an authorization token be provided to Waitbusters. The Support team will verify the caller and action the request, providing Waitbusters with the authorization token.
