Software Availability and Requirements
In order to integrate with FOLOS, be sure your POS system and software match the minimum requirements

Note: Harbortouch Hospitality, POSitouch, Future POS, and Restaurant Manager POS systems use a software program to manage all communication and data syncs between your POS system and Lighthouse Business Manager. For assistance or more information, please contact the Shift4 Support team.
Installing the FOLOS Marketplace Application
- Log in to Lighthouse Business Manager.
- Select Marketplace from the left navigation bar, then select FOLOS. Select View Details to access the FOLOS application page.
- Select Install.
Note: If the application prompts you to “Request POS Upgrade” you must select that and follow the prompts to arrange for a software update before you can continue with the installation. - The installation will begin. Once redirected to the FOLOS integration screen, select Allow to continue the installation process.
- On the next screen, select Finalize Installation.
- Once the installation is finished, you will receive a message stating that FOLOS will be in contact to finalize your setup.
- Once setup is complete, you will see a green checkmark on the application page, indicating a successful installation. You will also see FOLOS listed in the left navigation sidebar. Following completion, you also have the ability to manage your account and can uninstall the application at any time
- Now that you have an online ordering application installed, you can access the Menu Manager within Marketplace on the left-side navigation bar.
The Menu Manager is where you will be able to create and publish your online menu, which includes adding menu items and setting appropriate business hours. You can go here for additional instructions on setting up your Menu Manager. - The final step is to ensure that you are set up to process payments. You should request a payment processing authorization token to finalize the FOLOS app installation by contacting Shift4 support via Live Chat (shift4.com/support) or by calling 888.276.2108.
