Description: Please follow the steps below to install the DAVO Marketplace integration.

Software Availability and Requirements
In order to integrate with DAVO, be sure your POS system and software match the minimum requirements.

Note: Harbortouch Hospitality, POSitouch, Future POS, and Restaurant Manager POS systems use a software program to manage all communication and data syncs between your POS system and Lighthouse Business Manager. For assistance or more information, please contact the Shift4 Support team.
Installing the DAVO Marketplace Application
- Log in to Lighthouse Business Manager.
- Select Marketplace from the left navigation bar, then select DAVO. Select View Details to access the DAVO application page.
- Select Install.
Note: If the application prompts you to “Request POS Upgrade” you must select that and follow the prompts to arrange for a software update before you can continue with the installation. - Select the Allow button in the bottom-right corner of the screen to provide the integration with access to your POS data.
- You will now be redirected to the DAVO website.
- Existing DAVO users can log into their DAVO account via the Login to DAVO button at the bottom right corner of the screen.
- New DAVO users can register for a DAVO account by adding their details on the right side of the screen and selecting Create account.

New users will then be prompted to complete their DAVO profile once their account is created.
Note: The DAVO team will reach out to new users once they have completed their registration via email to welcome them and assist with onboarding.

Once a DAVO account is created and linked, a user can return to the Marketplace section within Lighthouse Business Manager and select DAVO from the left navigation bar to see a green checkmark, indicating a successful installation.Note: If the application page shows a yield sign in an orange circle and a clock symbol next to DAVO on the left navigation sidebar this indicates the installation is still pending and the DAVO account is not linked to the location in Marketplace.
- From the Shift4 Marketplace page, you can find instructions on how to uninstall the application if desired.
