Software Availability and Requirements
In order to integrate with TipHaus, be sure your POS system and software match the minimum requirements.

Note: Harbortouch Hospitality, POSitouch, Future POS, and Restaurant Manager POS systems use a software program to manage all communication and data syncs between your POS system and Lighthouse Business Manager. For assistance or more information, please contact the Shift4 Support team.
Installing the TipHaus Marketplace Application
- Log in to Lighthouse Business Manager.
- Select Marketplace from the left navigation bar, then select TipHaus. Select View Details to access the TipHaus application page.
- Select Install
Note: If the application prompts you to “Request POS Upgrade” you must select that and follow the prompts to arrange for a software update before you can continue with the installation. - Select the Allow button in the bottom-right corner of the screen to provide the integration with access to your POS data.

You will now be redirected to the TipHaus website.
- Existing TipHaus users can log into their TipHaus account via the Login to TipHaus button at the bottom-right corner of the screen.
- New TipHaus users can register for a TipHaus account by selecting the Register Account link on screen, or contained within the email sent from the TipHaus team.
- Once selected, the user will register for an account by entering their name and a chosen password before selecting Register. A screen will then appear confirming the successful registration.
Note: The TipHaus team will reach out to new users once they have registered to welcome them and assist with onboarding.
- Returning to the Marketplace section within Lighthouse Business Manager, a user can select TipHaus from the left navigation bar and will see a green checkmark, indicating a successful installation.
- From the Shift4 Marketplace page you have the ability to manage your TipHaus account and instructions on how to uninstall the application if desired.
Note: Selecting on the Manage button will redirect you to the TipHaus client website, where you will be prompted to enter your credentials and log in.
