Description: Please follow the steps below to install the Back Office by BEP Marketplace integration.

Software Availability and Requirements
In order to integrate with Back Office by BEP, be sure your POS system and software match the minimum requirements.

Note: Harbortouch Hospitality, POSitouch, Future POS, and Restaurant Manager POS systems use a software program to manage all communication and data syncs between your POS system and Lighthouse Business Manager. For assistance or more information, please contact the Shift4 Support team.
Installing the Back Office by BEP Marketplace Application
- Log in to Lighthouse Business Manager.
- Select Marketplace from the left navigation bar, then select Back Office by BEP. Select View details to access the Back Office by BEP application page.
- Select Install.
Note: If the application prompts you to “Request POS Upgrade” you must select that and follow the prompts to arrange for a software update before you can continue with the installation. - On the following screen, select Allow to grant Back Office by BEP access to your location in Lighthouse Business Manager.
- After being redirected to Back Office by BEP’s website, enter your Back Office by BEP UnitId and select Submit. If you are unsure of your UnitId, please contact Back Office by BEP.
- The Back Office by BEP integration will now install. After selecting the Back Office by BEP button in the left navigation panel, the status indicator will show a green check mark indicating a successful installation. On this screen, you will also have the ability to uninstall the application at any time.
Troubleshooting
Once the Back Office by BEP application install has been initiated, there is a 15-minute window to complete the installation (to enter a Back Office by BEP UnitId and Submit). If, for whatever reason, the time expires, the application will fail to install. If that occurs, ensure you have your UnitId ready, uninstall the application in Shift4’s Marketplace (see step 6) and restart the installation process.
