Description: Please follow the steps below to install the RASI Marketplace integration.

Software Availability and Requirements
In order to integrate with RASI, be sure your POS system and software match the minimum requirements.

Note: Harbortouch Hospitality, POSitouch, Future POS, and Restaurant Manager POS systems use a software program to manage all communication and data syncs between your POS system and Lighthouse Business Manager. For assistance or more information, please contact the Shift4 Support team.
Installing the RASI Marketplace Application
- Log in to Lighthouse Business Manager.
- Select Marketplace from the left navigation bar, then select RASI. Select View details to access the RASI application page.

Select Install.
Note: If the application prompts you to “Request POS Upgrade” you must select that and follow the prompts to arrange for a software update before you can continue with the installation.
- On the following screen, select Allow to grant RASI access to your location in Lighthouse Business Manager.
- After being redirected to RASI’s website, the next step is to enter your RASI UnitId and select Submit. If you are unsure of your UnitId, please reach out to RASI.
- The RASI integration will now install. After selecting the RASI button in the left navigation panel, the status indicator will show a green check mark indicating a successful installation. On this screen, you will also have the ability to uninstall the application at any time.
Troubleshooting
Once the RASI application install has been initiated, there is a 15-minute window to complete the installation (to enter a RASI UnitId and Submit). If for whatever reason the time expires, the application will fail to install. If that occurs, ensure you have your UnitId ready, uninstall the application in Shift4’s Marketplace (see step 6) and restart the installation process.
