Workforce Management is an employee and scheduling solution that integrates seamlessly with your SkyTab POS system, offering advanced features for managing and optimizing your employee workforce while staying compliant with local labor laws.
How does the auto-onboarding process work for new SkyTab POS merchants?
New SkyTab POS merchants will automatically be enrolled in Workforce Management. The process involves a seamless integration where their location will get activated after the initial SkyTab POS onboarding process (when their devices ship). Lighthouse syncs data after that with Workforce Management, setting up the platform without manual intervention. Once the merchant can access Lighthouse Business Manager, they can start using Workforce Management.
Is there an additional cost to merchants for using Workforce Management?
Workforce is available for all SkyTab POS merchants for a 30-day Free Trial period. After the trial, Workforce Management is $35/mo per location.
Can merchants opt out of Workforce Management?
While Workforce adds significant value to merchants' business operations, they can opt out anytime through Lighthouse Business Manager (LBM) under Labor Settings (must be an owner account).
What features does Workforce Management offer?
Workforce provides scheduling, time tracking, performance analytics, a mobile companion app, schedule and break enforcement, Manager Logbooks, and more, all designed to streamline your workforce management.
Will the merchant's data automatically sync into Workforce Management?
Yes, employee, job, and sales data (sales forecasting for scheduling) will automatically sync into Workforce for a smooth transition as soon as a merchant begins to configure and set up their location.
What do I need to set up after initially logging in to Workforce Management?
The "Getting Started Guide" is an excellent resource for getting up and running fast. One of Workforce's best and latest features is that it automatically configures a merchant's Compliance Rules based on their location, ensuring they are fully compliant with local governance.
