Transaction List
The list view allows you to see key transaction data, such as the transaction ID, authentication codes, the total amount of transactions, as well as the primary amount and tip amounts. You can also see other identifiers, such as settled and unsettled transactions, which tell you if the transaction has been paid for or not.
Quick filters allow you to filter the data based on the day, last week, or last month.
A key feature of LBM Transaction Manager is the search utility, which allows you to filter across all transactions to isolate a specific field when searching for specific transactions.
Another key feature is the ability to create and edit custom reports. We can do this by selecting the three dots on the right and then selecting what column data we want to view.
Select the "View" button to reload the data to fit your custom report needs. You can easily download this custom report as a CSV or an Excel file.
Transaction Detail
Drill into a specific translation to view the associated order and ticket details and transaction lifecycle of events.
Merchants can efficiently compare and analyze data by viewing transactions side-by-side, enabling a comprehensive understanding of the information. Additionally, they can access key transaction details and status updates, facilitating informed decision-making. Moreover, an event log provides a quick overview of the processing timeline, enhancing transparency and efficiency in tracking transaction progress.
Transaction Manager Data and Filter Additions
This feature allows users to identify tickets and transactions by various criteria, such as Revenue Center, Day Part, batch number, batch date, terminal ID, and associated batch totals. Users can combine this data with existing configurable data sets to create, save, and export custom reports.
