Description: Learn how to enable refund permissions in Lighthouse Business Manager (LBM) for users.

By default, Admins have refund permissions, whereas LBM users are disabled from refund permissions.
To enable a user for refunds:
- Log in to LBM and select Settings > Users located on the left navigation panel.
- You can find the user in the list or use the search function to search by the user's name and select Edit.
- Select Locations and review the available entries.
- Select the User Permissions tab.
- Select the arrow next to General Settings and then the arrow next to Transactions.
- Place a check mark in the checkbox for Refund transactions.
- Select Update User.
