The jobs tab is where you will create and manage the different positions or roles that your employees will fill.
Once logged into Lighthouse Business Manager, hover your mouse over Employees and select Manage Employees, then Jobs.
All jobs that have been created for your current location will be listed, showing the name and description of the position. The far right column shows the job’s active status.
You can sort the list alphabetically by selecting the name column or you can sort the list by status using that column instead. Jobs can also be filtered using the drop-down at the top left or through the search bar to locate a specific job.

- Fill in relevant fields:
- Name of the position (required).

-
Remote Printers will let you select additional printers employees will be able to send orders to.

To edit an existing job, simply select the job from the list and the info will slide out from the right. Change whatever settings you'd like to modify, and then press the Save button.
If you’re creating multiple jobs with similar settings, try using the Duplicate button.
