Software Availability and Requirements
To integrate with Pye Kiosk, be sure your POS system and software match the minimum requirements.

Note: Harbortouch Hospitality, POSitouch, Future POS, and Restaurant Manager POS systems use a software program to manage all communication and data syncs between your POS system and Lighthouse Business Manager (LBM).

Install the Pye Kiosk Marketplace Application
- Log in to LBM.
- Select Marketplace from the left navigation bar, then select Pye Kiosk.
- Select View Details to access the Pye Kiosk application page.
- Select Install.
Note: If the application prompts you to “Request POS Upgrade,” you must select that and follow the prompts to arrange for a software update before you can continue with the installation. - Next, you will be prompted to enter your Contact Details. The Restaurant Details section will automatically populate information from your Lighthouse account.
- If you already have a Pye Kiosk account, check the box for ‘my restaurant has a Pye Kiosk business account.’ This will prompt the Pye Kiosk team to find your existing account and activate your Marketplace application.
- If you do not have a Pye Kiosk account, leave this option blank, and a Pye Kiosk representative will contact you to assist you with an account setup.
- When ready, select Submit. The application will now install.
Note: You will now notice the application page shows a yield sign in an orange circle and a clock symbol next to Pye Kiosk on the left navigation sidebar. This indicates the installation is still pending.
- At this point you will be contacted by Pye Kiosk to go through an onboarding process before the accounts are linked.
- While you’re waiting for Pye Kiosk to complete its onboarding process, you can upload your POS menu into Menu Manager. Click here for instructions on configuring your online menu in Menu Manager.
- Once Pye Kiosk has linked your account, you will see a green checkmark indicating a successful installation. The clock symbol in the left navigation sidebar will also have been removed.
Once installed, you also have the ability to manage your account or uninstall the application at any time.
Note: The Manage button within the Pye Kiosk application in Marketplace will now take you to the Pye Kiosk login screen.
