Manage SkyTab Kiosk Orders on the POS

View Online Orders

Find tickets in the Online Orders tab of your POS system.

View and Manage Orders

• Tap a ticket to view its details. The ticket name is derived from the configuration settings. The order details will show items, customer information, and special instructions.
• Select the Complete button to claim a tip and finish and order.
  
• If a phone number is associated, you can send an SMS notification from the POS. Additionally, the "SMS on Done" feature can be configured on the KDS (Kitchen Display System).

Completing Orders

Once an order is completed, it will appear in the Completed tab.

Void Orders

Void Kiosk orders from the POS. To void an order:

1. Open the ticket and tap Void.
   
2. Select a reason from the list for the void and tap Void.
