Automatic Enable/Disable

The Kiosk automatically enables and disables itself based on menu schedule availability.

Manual Deactivation During Business Hours

If you need to disable the Kiosk during business hours, you can do so via the admin section:

1. Log in to Kiosk directly or from the Shift4 Dine Customer Hub, select Marketplace > Kiosk > Manage.
2. Navigate to General Settings.
   
3. Slide the Active toggle under General Settings to turn it off. This will deactivate the Kiosk, preventing new orders from being placed. You can also add a message to display for users to let them know you aren't currently accepting orders.
   
4. Select Save Settings.
