Software Availability and Requirements
In order to integrate with SocialCrowd be sure your POS system and software match the minimum requirements.

Note: Harbortouch Hospitality, POSitouch, Future POS, and Restaurant Manager POS systems use a software program to manage all communication and data syncs between your POS system and Lighthouse Business Manager.

Installing the SocialCrowd Marketplace Application
- Log in to Lighthouse Business Manager.
- Select Marketplace from the left navigation bar, then select SocialCrowd. Select View details to access the SocialCrowd application page.
- Select Install.
Note: If the application prompts you to “Request POS Upgrade,” you must select that and follow the prompts to arrange for a software update before you can continue with the installation. - Next, you will be prompted to enter your contact details. The Restaurant Details section will automatically populate information from your Lighthouse account.
- If you already have a SocialCrowd account, check the box for "My restaurant has a business account with SocialCrowd." This will prompt the SocialCrowd team to find your existing account and activate your Marketplace application.
- If you do not have a SocialCrowd account, leave this option blank, and a SocialCrowd representative will contact you to assist you with setting one up.
- When ready, select Submit. An installation request will then be sent to SocialCrowd.
Note: You will now notice the application page shows a yield sign in an orange circle and a clock symbol next to SocialCrowd on the left navigation sidebar. This indicates the installation is still pending.
- At this point, you will be contacted by SocialCrowd to go through an onboarding process before the accounts are linked.
- Once SocialCrowd has linked your account, you will see a green checkmark indicating a successful installation. The clock symbol in the left navigation sidebar will also have been removed. You will also now have the ability to manage your account or uninstall the application at any time.
Note: The Manage button within the SocialCrowd application in Marketplace does not take you to the SocialCrowd log-in screen.
