To pull reports:
- Log into Lighthouse Business Manager and select Invoices.
- On the left Navigation menu, go to Reports.
- Once in the “Reports” tab, you’ll see a dropdown menu at the top showing which reports are available for you to select from.
These reports are divided into three main categories:
Customer Reports
Top 10 by amount due: Lists customers with the highest outstanding balances.
Top 10 by past due: Identifies customers with the most overdue payments.
Credit cards expiring: Highlights customers whose credit cards are set to expire soon.
Invoice Reports
Open Invoices: Displays all unpaid or open invoices.
Top 10 past due by amount: Shows the largest overdue invoices by dollar amount.
Top 10 past due by days: Ranks overdue invoices by the number of days past due.
Transaction Reports
Failed in the last 30 days: Lists all failed payment transactions from the past month.
Transactions by date range: Allows users to view transactions within a specified timeframe.
Scheduled transactions: Displays upcoming scheduled payments.
Each report provides key financial data to help you monitor trends and manage your business more effectively. Select any blue-highlighted data points within a report for a deeper look at specific customers, invoices, or transactions.
Since all data in the Reports section is fully searchable, you can quickly find specific information in the search bar. Additionally, many reports include filter options, allowing you to focus on the data most relevant to your needs.
