To access these settings, log in to the Customer Hub and select Settings on the left navigation panel.
Account Settings in Shift4 Dine Customer Hub
Selecting Account displays your information as the owner of the Customer Hub account, showing your first and last name and the email address associated with the account by default. Changing the email changes the email used to log in to the Customer Hub, so you are logged out and must log in again with the new email.
Choose your Dashboard Layout configuration for charts or tables, then designate your default to the current or last business day.
This page also allows you to change your Customer Hub password.
- Enter your current password.
- Enter the new password twice.
- Select Update Account to commit your changes.
Changing your password also logs you out and requires you to log in using the new password.
Manage Locations in Shift4 Dine Customer Hub
Locations allow you to manage the locations associated with your Customer Hub account. You can view registered locations and remove old locations from this page.
Remove a Location in Shift4 Dine Customer Hub
- Select the x in the Action column on the right side of the location. This disables access to this location via the Customer Hub.
- Enter the MID for the location.
- Select Delete.
Add a Location in Shift4 Dine Customer Hub
- Select Add Location.
- Enter the new Merchant ID and the last four of the SSN/Tax ID for the location.
- Select + to add the location.
Preferences in Shift4 Dine Customer Hub
Preferences allow you to edit some of the default functionality of the Customer Hub, including:
- Start of Day: Independent of all terminals on your Customer Hub account. The default End of Day is 4:00 AM. If your business is open later than this, set Start of Day to a time after the business closes for accurate reporting.
- Start of Week: Determines the day of the week the merchant's reporting starts.

Time Zone Preference: Automatically detects the browser's time zone or lets you select one from the drop-down list.
Manage Users in Shift4 Dine Customer Hub
Selecting Users allows multiple users, called sub-users, to be added to a single Customer Hub account. This is beneficial for merchants with multiple partners, managers, or other individuals who require access to the merchant's information within the Customer Hub.

Note: Sub-users cannot add other users. Only the main Administrator login created for the account can add sub-users.
Two-Factor Authentication in Shift4 Dine Customer Hub
