Description: Lighthouse Business Manager's (LBM) social media management features allow you to link and manage your business's online presence across social media platforms such as Facebook and Twitter. Review how to set up and manage social media platforms in the Lighthouse Business Manager below.
Access this section by logging into Lighthouse, selecting Customers, and then Social from the navigation bar on the left.
Post Scheduler
The Post Scheduler tab displays all of the planned posts for Twitter and Facebook during the selected time period. Use the drop-down to select the account you want to view, or use the right and left arrows to select a specific week. To add new post content:
- Select the account from the drop-down and press Add Content.
- Add the desired text and images for the post.
- What do you want to share?: Enter post text here
- Upload Image: Select a new image to upload
- Image from the Web: Enter image URL
- Instant Post: Instantly posts the post to social media
- Schedule Post: Schedule a time and day for post to be posted
- Post: Confirm post
- Discard: Delete post
Social Accounts
The Social Accounts tab displays each of the Facebook or Twitter accounts set up for you. To add a new account:
- On the Social Accounts tab, select the Add Account button on the right.
- Choose whether this is a Facebook Business Page or a Twitter account.
- You are navigated to the appropriate site.
- Log in with your account credentials and click Login.
- When complete, you will return to the Lighthouse Social page with the new account added.
Analytics
The Analytics section allows you to view data for each of your social media accounts. You can use the Account Selection dropdown to choose the connected account you want to view. Then, once loaded, select Sort By to sort your posts by:
- Date: Allows sorting by date posted.
- Likes: Allows sorting by likes on posts.
- Shares: Allows sorting by shares on post.
The Flow Chart presents a line graph showing the social interaction between likes and shares on a post within the past week for the selected account.
The Analytics tab shows a line graph of how many people your posts have reached for any given time period. You can select a specific Facebook or Twitter account and a week to view at the top of the screen. Once loaded, hover over any of the points on the graph to view the specific number of people.
The section below the graph shows all posts for the selected week and accounts as well as graphs on the right side to track your likes, shares, comments, and user engagement.
