Description: The Reputation Management feature within the Lighthouse Business Manager (LBM) allows you to manage comments and reviews made online about your business through Facebook, Google, and Yelp. Review this feature below.

Access the Reputation Management screen by logging in to Lighthouse, selecting Customers, and then Reputation from the navigation bar on the left.
Accounts
The Accounts tab allows you to set up your Facebook, Yelp, or Google account within Lighthouse. To do this:
- On the Accounts tab, select New Account.
- Choose whether this account is Facebook, Yelp, or Google.
- You will be navigated to the appropriate site.
- Log in with your account credentials and click Login.
- When complete, you will return to the Lighthouse Reputation page with the new account added.
To remove an account, select the X on the far right:
Reviews & Ratings
The Reviews & Ratings tab allows you to view your individual accounts and overall rating, how many votes the business had, and how many reviews have been received. You can also connect an account here if you have already. Select an account to view additional details such as:
- Review Average for the week, month, year, and all-time, as well as how many reviews were received during the selected time frame.

Individual Reviews are displayed at the bottom of the screen, where you can respond to them directly with comments or have a status attached to them so that you know which ones you have reviewed:
- Complete
- In Progress
- Do Not Respond
