Reservations

- Select SkyTab Settings > Reservations from the left navigation menu.
- The calendar enables you to pick a desired time frame and see what reservations are present.
- Create a reservation with basic information on the right.
- The Status button on the top right of the page is very helpful as it allows you to change the status of reservations based on the customer progress as well as send notifications over the phone or email for the reservation.
Calendar
The calendar tab gives you a monthly view of the reservations currently set up, as well as the ability to create a new reservation from this view.
Reservation Blocks
This tab shows a daily view of the time frames and the number of tables generally available during those times. The time frames are divided into three sections: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. The times for each section can be added, and sections can be deactivated to better fit the business model. Individual days can also be disabled by deselecting all sections for that day.
Settings
The Settings tab allows you to add turnaround times by party size. This will help you track when a table should be free to help keep new reservations stay current. The online reservation link is shown here and can be added to your website. This section also has a place to add notification information, such as an email or phone number, in order to receive alerts about new incoming reservations.
