- Log into Lighthouse Business Manager and select Invoices.

On the left Navigation menu, go to Transactions.
Viewing and Managing Transactions
The Transactions Dashboard provides a detailed view of all recent transactions, including:
Auth: A transaction that has been authorized but not yet captured.
Capture: A previously authorized transaction that has been finalized.
Sale: A completed transaction where payment has been processed.
Refund: A payment that has been returned to the customer.
Void: A canceled transaction before settlement.
Each transaction includes key details such as Transaction ID, Amount, Type, Status, Invoice Number, Date, and Customer Name, making it easy to locate specific records.
Accessing Additional Details
- Select any blue-highlighted Transaction ID to view more details, including the allocated amount, transaction type, payment method, and timestamp.
- Invoice numbers are also clickable links, allowing quick access to invoice details for tracking payments and reconciling transactions.
Taking Action on Transactions

The Action column on the right provides options based on transaction type, such as:
Capture: Finalize an authorized transaction.
Refund: Return payment to the customer.
Void: Cancel a transaction before settlement.
Selecting an action opens a confirmation modal where you can review details before proceeding.
Searching and Filtering Transactions
The dashboard is fully searchable, allowing you to find transactions by Transaction ID, amount, type, status, invoice number, date, or customer name. You can also:
- Filter transactions by date range.
- Use pagination to browse past transactions.
This dashboard helps you easily track payments, manage transactions, and take necessary actions.
