- Log into Lighthouse Business Manager and select Invoices which takes you to the dashboard.
- On the left Navigation menu, go to Features > Branding, where you can personalize your customer payment experience by setting a branded URL, adding a Terms of Service link, and uploading a business logo.
Set up Your Branded URL
The branded URL creates a unique payment link that customers use to pay invoices.
- Enter an identifier for your business. This will be included in the payment portal URL.
- Example: If your business is Jill’s on Main, you might enter "jillsonmain," generating a link like:
https://jillsonmain.invoices.shift4.com/invoices/{invoice GUID}/payment
- Example: If your business is Jill’s on Main, you might enter "jillsonmain," generating a link like:
- This unique URL ensures each invoice has a dedicated, secure payment page.
Add a Terms of Service URL (Optional)
If your business has specific terms and conditions customers should review before making a payment, you can add a link to your Terms of Service page.
- Enter the URL of your Terms of Service in the provided field.
- Customers will be able to access this link directly from the payment page.
Upload Your Logo
You can upload your business logo to display on invoices and payment pages.
- Select Choose File, select your logo from your computer, and select Open.
- Ensure your logo meets the following guidelines:
- Recommended size: 300 x 100 pixels
- Accepted formats: JPG, JPEG, PNG, SVG
- Once uploaded, the logo will:
- Appear on the payment portal where customers submit payments.
- Be included on the PDF invoice customers can download or print.
Save Your Branding Updates
Once you’ve entered your branded URL, Terms of Service link and uploaded your logo, select Save to apply the changes.
Your customized branding will now be reflected on all invoices and payment pages sent to customers.
