Description: Follow these steps to process a transaction in SkyTab Lighthouse Business Manager (LBM) using either a card token from a previous transaction or a card number.
Collect the Card Token
Note: If you have the credit card number and don't need the token, proceed to Run the Transaction.
- Log in to Lighthouse Business Manager.
- Select Transactions > All Transactions from the options on the left.
- Select the transaction in the list for the card you want to use for the sale. Using the search options, you can search for a specific transaction or filter the list.
- Copy the Card Token number from the Customer Details section.
- Select the left-pointing arrow at the top to return to the previous screen.
Run the Transaction
- Select the + sign in the top-right corner.
- Enter the transaction information:
- Invoice number
- Card Number (if available) or Token (collected from the previous section)
- Primary Amount
- Tip/Fee Amount
- Select Submit.
Email the Receipt
After you select Submit, the receipt screen will open, allowing you to email or print it.
- Select EMAIL.
- Enter the recipient's email address in the window that displays.
- Select Send Email.
