Pull Reports for SkyTab SOLO in SkyTab Lighthouse Business Manager

Description: This guide will assist with pulling up SkyTab SOLO reports in the SkyTab Lighthouse Business Manager (LBM) portal. This guide will also break down the three reports available for SkyTab SOLO.

Access the Reports Page

Log in to SkyTab Lighthouse Business Manager (LBM), then select Reporting > Reports from the left navigation menu.

Transaction Action Summary Report

1. Navigate to Select a Report > Transaction Summary.
   
2. Select the time period for which the data is being requested and select Generate.
   
3. The Transaction Summary gives you the total values for the selected time frame and a detailed breakdown by transaction sorted by the employee name or server.
   Note: In most cases, you will only have one employee name, even just the DBA name listed as the employee name.
   
   
   
4. With the report generated, Download or Print options are available if a hard copy or digital copy is needed.
   

Quick Menu Report

1. Navigate to Select a Report > Quick Menu Summary.
   
2. Select the time period for which the data is being requested and select Generate.
   
3. The  Quick Menu Summary gives you the total values of the menu items for the selected time frame and a detailed breakdown by transaction sorted by the employee name or server.
   Note: In most cases, you will only have one employee name, even just the DBA name listed as the employee name. If the merchant has Multiple units you can see the full serial number underneath the employee name.
   
4. With the report generated, Download or Print options are available if a hard copy or digital copy is needed.
   

Sales Summary Report 

1. Navigate to Select a Report > Sales Summary.
   
2. Select the time period for which the data is being requested and select Generate.
   
3. The Sales Summary gives you the tender options totals for the selected time frame and a detailed breakdown by transaction sorted by the employee name or server.
   Note: In most cases, you will only have one employee name, even just the DBA name listed as the employee name. This report breaks down the transactions by the serial number of the device and displays what server is active on the device.
   
   
4. With the report generated, Download or Print options are available if a hard copy or digital copy is needed.
