All Permissions		Perform all the actions with the permissions.
Risk	Manage Block List	Access the block list and the ability to add items on the list.	Risks permissions only available for merchants integrated to Kount via Shift4.
	Edit Risk Rules	Create and edit risk rules.
	View Risk rules	View existing risk rules
Reporting	Create own subscription	Create a new report subscription for themselves. The “Subscribe” button shows throughout the portal.
	View reports	View all reporting within the “Reporting” section. Without it, no “Reporting” tab is present.
Support	Send messages to customer support	Access the "Chat" button throughout LBM.
	View customer support contact info	Access to the "Support" tab in LBM.
Transactions	View transactions	View the Transaction Manager tab in LBM.
	Create transactions	Create a new transaction, manually capture a transaction and other actions on a transaction.
	Refund transactions	Select B button on Transaction Manager.
Documents	View monthly credit statement	View the Monthly Statements under “Documents” sub-tab in "Reports" tab in LBM.
	View Tax document	View the tax documents under “Documents” sub-tab in "Reports" tab in LBM.
	View Notices	View the notices under “Documents” sub-tab in "Reports" tab in LBM.
	Manage Statement Groups	Manage statement groups under "Location Groups" sub-tab in "Profile" tab in LBM.
Dashboard	View Dashboard	View the "Dashboard" tab in LBM.
Insights	View Chargeback Insights	View the Chargeback Insights in "Insights" tab in LBM.	Not currently available.
	View Auth Insights	View the Auth Insights in "Insights" tab in LBM.
	View Card verify Insights	View the Card Verify Insights in "Insights" tab in LBM.	Not currently available.
	View Risk insights	View the Risk Insights in "Insights" tab in LBM.	Only available for merchants integrated with Kount via Shift4
Users	Manage Users	Access the "Users" tab in the "Profile" tab and access features within the page.
	Grant user Management	Assign the permission of "Manage users" to another user.
Location Group	Manage Groups	Access the "Location Groups" sub-tab in the "Profile" tab and access features within the page.
	Grant groups management	Assign the permission of "Manage groups" to another user.
Internet Payments Disputes	View Internet Payments Disputes	Access the "Disputes" sub tab in the "Transactions" tab in LBM.
	Submit Internet payments disputes evidence	Submit and action upon disputes in the dispute manager.
Settings	Manage Business settings	Access the "Business settings" sub-tab under "Settings" and access features within the page.
	Grant business settings management	Assign the permission of accessing "Business settings" to another user.
