Reporting Reconciliation
Reporting reconciliation for Pay with Crypto feature payments is available in Lighthouse Business Manager (LBM) reporting.
- Log in to your LBM account.
- Navigate to Reporting.
- From the dropdown, select SkyTab POS.
- Select Pay with Crypto Transactions under ‘Select a Report.’
- Set your desired reporting period and select Generate to view transaction data.
- The Pay with Crypto Transactions report fields include:
Field Definition Merchant ID A unique identifier associated with your merchant account. Ticket ID The SkyTab POS ticket or check number linked to the order. Customer Email The customer’s email address provided at the time of purchase. Created At The date and time the crypto payment order was created. Status The current status of the crypto payment:
- Completed: Full payment was received.
- Overpaid: Payment exceeded the total order amount.
- Incomplete (partial payment): Payment was less than the total order amount.
Fiat Currency Code The local or merchant-defined currency for the order (e.g., USD). Order Fiat Amount The total order amount in the local currency. Paid Fiat Amount The total amount paid in local currency after converting the crypto payment. Processing Fee Amount Total fees associated with processing the crypto payment. Crypto Currency Code The type of cryptocurrency the customer selected to pay with. Crypto Amount The total amount of cryptocurrency received for the payment. Crypto Payment Confirmed At The date and time the payment was confirmed on the blockchain. Crypto Transaction Hash The blockchain transaction ID associated with the crypto payment. Crypto Order ID The Shift4 Pay with Crypto transaction identifier. Payout Submitted At The date and time the converted fiat amount was sent to your bank account for settlement.
Note: The report may take up to 10 minutes to display new transactions.
The report can be exported from LBM by selecting Download or Print after generating the transaction data.
