View Online Orders in Financial Overview or Activity Summary Reports

To view the online orders in the Financial Overview or Activity Summary report, proceed with the following steps:

1. Log in to Lighthouse Business Manager (LBM).
2. Navigate to the Reporting section.
3. Select the Financial Overview or Activity Summary report.
4. Select a time frame from the drop-down menu or enter the parameters manually, then press the blue Generate button.
5. Locate the Payments Summary section.

The Payments Summary section reflects the total number of completed orders via online ordering integration and the total amount processed for the selected period.

View SkyTab Online Orders 

SkyTab Online integration orders are displayed as Credit - st-online.

View QR Pay Online Orders

QR Pay integration orders are displayed as Credit - qr-pay.

View DoorDash Online Orders

DoorDash integration orders are displayed as Credit - DoorDash.

View Uber Eats Online Orders

UberEats integration orders are displayed as Credit - uber-eats.

View TakeOut7 Online Orders

TakeOut7 integration orders are displayed as Credit - takeout7.

View Online Order in Ticket Detail (Closed) Report

To view the online order in the Ticket Detail (Closed) report, proceed with the following steps:

1. Log in to Lighthouse Business Manager (LBM).
2. Navigate to the Reporting section.
3. Select the Ticket Detail (Closed) report.
4. Choose the timeframe from the drop-down or enter parameters manually, and press the blue Generate button.
5. Press the Download button at the top right corner of the screen.
6. Press CTRL + F on the keyboard and enter the keyword based on the online integration that was used to process online orders (Credit - st-online, Credit - DoorDash, Credit - uber-eats, etc.)
