Description: The Shift4 Gift Card home page provides a dashboard with key tools to help you manage your program efficiently. From here, you can quickly access important features such as Widgets, Favorites, Help, Quick Search, System Preferences, and the What’s New section for updates.

The home page contains a dashboard that includes:

• Widgets
• Favorites
• Help
• System Preferences
• Quick Search

Select Dashboard at the top of the window at any time to return to your main dashboard view.

Be sure to review the What’s New section regularly for important updates and announcements.

Widgets

Widgets appear as tiles on the right side of the dashboard. They provide a quick snapshot of your program’s performance (such as sales and activity) and offer convenient access to key functions like card search and transactions.

To add or remove widgets:

1. On the Dashboard, go to System Preferences.
2. Select the widgets you would like displayed on your dashboard.
3. Select Submit to save your changes.
   

Favorites

The Favorites feature allows you to save frequently visited pages for quick access.

To add a page to Favorites:

1. Navigate to the desired page.
2. Select the heart icon next to the menu item.

The page will then appear in both:

• The Favorites menu
• The Favorites widget on your dashboard

This helps you quickly return to commonly used tools without navigating through menus.

Help

Selecting Help opens a menu with support resources, including:

• Log a Help Ticket
• Documentation (Web Support)

Use these options if you need assistance with portal functionality or program management.

Quick Search

Use the Quick Search bar to quickly locate pages or actions within the portal.

Begin typing in the search field, and relevant links will appear in a dropdown menu for fast access.

System Preferences

Select the gear icon in the top right to open System Preferences. 

In this section, you can:

• Set your display preferences (top section)
• Choose which widgets appear on your dashboard (bottom section)

After making your selections, select Submit to save your selections.
