Purpose
The Employee Labor Detail Report provides detailed information on employee shifts, including:
- Clocked In and Clocked Out times
- Paid Normal Time, Overtime, and Double Overtime
- Total hours worked
- Breaks
- Job assignments
This report helps managers monitor labor activity, track overtime, and understand employee shift patterns.
Note: The report does not include a direct Labor Cost column, but labor costs can be calculated manually using Pay Rate × Paid Normal Time / Overtime / Double Overtime.
Disclaimer: For employees with multiple job assignments, overtime calculations may use a weighted average of pay rates across jobs. Manual calculations using the Pay Rate from a single job may not exactly match the payroll-calculated overtime.
