Description: The Invoices page allows you to view, search, filter, and manage all invoices in one place.
Note: This feature is currently available only for Pilot users.
Note: Invoicing features are not available on SkyTab POS.
Access the Invoices Page
Log in to Lighthouse Business Manager (LBM) and select Invoicing > Invoices.
Invoice List
The Invoices page displays a list of all invoices with the following details:
- Invoice No: Unique identifier for the invoice
- Customer: Name of the customer
- Date Created: When the invoice was created
- Due Date: When payment is due
- Amount: Total invoice amount
- Status: Current status of the invoice
Search and Filter
Use the available tools to quickly find invoices:
- Search: Enter keywords to locate specific invoices.

Status Filter: Filter invoices by status:
- All
- Deleted
- Draft
- Fully Paid
- Overdue
- Sent
- Voided
Actions
Each invoice includes an Actions menu (three vertical dots) with the following options:
- View: Open the invoice details
- Edit: Modify the invoice (available for eligible statuses)
- Send: Send the invoice to the customer

Delete: Remove the invoice
Note: Deleting an invoice may be permanent and cannot be undone.
Create a New Invoice
To create a new invoice, select + Add Invoice in the upper-right corner.
