Show Other Devices Associated With a Ticket on the Kitchen Display System

Description: Learn how to enable the Show Other Devices setting so the Kitchen Display System (KDS) displays additional printers or KDS stations associated with a ticket.

The show other devices setting adds a label at the top of every ticket, just below the ticket header, that lists any other device (Kitchen Display System or Printer) where this ticket or items from this ticket have been sent to.

Show Other Devices

Note: You need manager permissions to complete this procedure.

1. Navigate to Manager > Settings > Hardware > Printers.
   
2. Select the Kitchen Display System (KDS) station from the Printers list.
   
3. Select the Advanced tab.
   
4. In the list of options on the right side, select the checkbox for Show other printers assigned to items or modifiers.
   
5. Select Save.

Your KDS station will now show other devices associated with the ticket.
