Recall Last Ticket on the Kitchen Display System

Description: Learn how to recall the last ticket if a ticket has been bumped from a station by accident or needs to be brought back to the Kitchen Display System (KDS) station.

Availability: United States, Canada, Ireland, Spain, United Kingdom

On the Kitchen Display System (KDS) station, tap the Recall Last button, located at the bottom of your screen.  

When pressed, "Recall Last" returns the ticket to the station with the items marked as unfulfilled.

You can continue pressing "Recall Last" to recall tickets in reverse order from when they were cleared from the station.
