What is causing this Issue?
This issue is caused by mismatched settings within Labor Settings (Workforce > Labor Settings) and Business Settings (Settings).
How do I resolve this Issue?
Important: Adjusting settings will affect certain reports in the Shift4 Dine Customer Hub. Once you are logged in to Shift4 Dine Customer Hub, navigate to Settings. Select the Settings tab.
In Settings, adjust the Start of Week value to match the day your payroll week starts. For example, if your payroll week runs Monday-Sunday, then change your Start of Week to Monday.
When you are finished, be sure to click Update Settings to save your changes.
