Description: Learn how to create user shifts to specify the time frame of each day that users can log in to your Lighthouse Transaction Manager (LTM) below.
To set Shift Parameters:
- Log into your LTM account as an Administrator.
- Navigate to User > User Shifts.
- Click Create a New Work Shift on this page. This takes you to the Shift creation page, where you can set the following fields:
- [Required] Shift Description: Name for the work shift
- [Required] Shift Days: Days to allow users to access your LTM account
- [Required] Start\End Time: Time to allow\stop user login access
- For 24-hour access shifts, you must create overlapping access times
- Example:
- Line 1: 12:00 AM - 11:30 PM
- Line 2: 11:30 PM - 12:00 AM
- Example:
- For 24-hour access shifts, you must create overlapping access times
Once you have created your User Shift(s), you must apply this to your users. After all of your users are updated, you must Enforce User Shifts by updating your login security settings.
