Description: Learn how to determine if InCharge has the latest data.
If you have had your InCharge app open for some time, you may find that you do not have the latest data.
You can verify this by looking at your device time and comparing it to the time shown in InCharge. The example screen shows that InCharge data was last captured three minutes ago.
To get your latest data, tap the Refresh button located in the upper right part of the screen.
If you look at the device time, you will notice that the application and device time now match after the sync has been completed.
