Search for Tickets on InCharge

There are three primary ways to locate tickets using InCharge:

• Using the Ticket Number
• Using a Date Range
• By the Amount of the Ticket

The method you choose depends mainly on the information you have for searching.

You can begin by pressing the magnifying glass icon in the upper right portion of the screen.

Search by Ticket Number

This is useful when you have the exact ticket number, as it quickly leads you to the ticket you need.

With the Ticket # tab selected, enter a ticket number in the provided field, then press the magnifying glass to run the search.

If your SkyTab POS is configured to restart ticket numbers daily, several results may be returned (as shown in the image).

Search by Date Range

This is helpful when you have several tickets with the same number and you know the date or a date range for the ticket you are looking for.

Tap on the Date tab. Use the calendar controls to select a date or date range. Tap Apply to run the search.

Search by Amount

This method is most helpful when you do not have a ticket number or a date but have the total amount of the ticket.

Select the Amount tab. Enter a dollar amount (in dollars and cents) and press the magnifying glass to run the search.
